This are my felt toy family...they are all diferent..some are related..you can see, they make me happy, i love making them. Since the moment i draw them till the moment i am done sticking them..they grow on me, out of me, out my brain..so maybe i should call them brainsters..hahaha they all have their personality...will post more pix later..its very late here, i should get some sleep..its 3 am..but have a happy rush in my head and heart. gotta sleep for 4 hrs..haha +__+

The kind of work that designers seek are the ones of the coolest sports companies, not the one that have most effect on society or add most to culture.
It is time for designers to realize that design is not just something 'cool' and that design is not just about money. We need to take or profession seriously and engage in cultural and critical discussion about what we are doing and aiming for.
The modernist idea that designers are transparent messengers with no opinions of their own is no longer valid. We cannot just do our design and say issues such as unethical work practices are not our problem. We cannot say that lack of meaningful content is not a problem. If we want the respect and attention we think we deserve, then we need to think about what happens to our work when its seen in society about the kind of work we want to participate in.
